Chargebacks
In the event that we receive a chargeback from a customer via PayPal or Stripe payments, who has legitimately used the service as per the terms and conditions, then me Deb Clarke will pursue the customer to retrieve the monies owed for the reading. All additional charges that I may incur, from either the merchant company or a recovery company, will be liable for payment by the customer. I also reserve the right to bar customers from the use of my services, should a chargeback be made against us.

Refunds
If your personal readings does not meet your standards and in the event that you are unhappy with your reading, please make sure that you contact me within 48 hours of terminating your reading and you must not have lasted no more than 10 minutes. All requests must be made through my website or email, thus a written statement of why you feel the reading wasn’t up to your liking. Refunds to customers will be at my discretion.
